Karen is an anointed mentor, life coach, author and teacher in Christian living. Karen fervently believes her ministry and gifts are ultimately purposed for developing apostolic minded godly leaders for an end time generation; in essence, to “Restore Discipleship Foundations to the Body of Christ.”

Karen’s discipleship work is expressed under the umbrella, “Kingdom Growth Movements (KGM),” an online discipleship forum and community network consisting of missional leaders and passionate believers where there is resource sharing and equipping among network partners and empowering KGM training and equipping resources, monthly intercessory prayer, events and a variety of fellowship gatherings, both local and online.  Karen considers herself God's "Handbook Maiden."  She says that humorously because by nature she is a basic "How to Girl." What she means is that she greatly appreciates reading material that has substance, provides clear direction and easily GET'S TO THE POINT. That's what a handbook is and she enjoys writing them.  She believes the work of discipleship and mentoring needs such a tool to make learning exciting, relevant and easily adaptable.

Professionally, Karen is a master discipleship trainer and mentor. She has authored a variety of books that are now used as discipleship resources and training manuals working with individuals, churches and small groups.  Specializing in 7 specific areas of discipleship (Peacemaking, Evangelism, Spiritual Identity and Purpose, Intercessory Prayer, Prophetic, Peer Discipleship, Life Discipleship), she offers many platforms for learning and training such as online, small groups, podcast, blog and one-on-one mentor to become "Spiritually Skillful," a signature expression defining a growing matured transformed life in Christ.

Karen is also the founder and lead facilitator of the online, “Watchmen On the Wall” national Intercessory Prayer Network and has a professional Peacemaking practice in Orange, CA focusing on mediation and conflict coaching.

Karen's academic development began with a BA from Biola University in Organizational Leadership followed by a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies from The Kings Seminary and concluding with a Masters in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies with special emphasis in church ministry from Fresno Pacific University.

As an Apostolic Prophetic Leader, Karen humbly recognizes that she is just one of many “Watchmen on the Walls” whom God has positioned for this generation to discern the seasons and minister His kingdom message of apostolic order, ministry, purpose, and spiritual identity to His royal bride.  Karen courageously pursues and embraces the full life in Christ Jesus that the bible declares she is to live with love, power, discipline and spiritual authority while also embracing the sufferings that come with that call.

Through Apostolic Discipleship, she believes she has been spiritually gifted to inspire, and transform lives through the power of God and the light of his truth.

As you get to know her, it won’t take long before you realize that her character, passion, and conviction in ministry is a clear reflection of the apostolic truth, mandate and mission that rest upon her life. “LIVING FREE IN CHRIST,” not defined by doctrines of culture or religion, but rather by the WORD OF GOD and HIS FAMILY.

Matt. 6:19-21 NIV “Treasures in Heaven”
19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.
21 For where your treasure is,
there your heart will be also.
