Rev. Karen Sheri Gaithers is a born-again, Spirit-filled ordained minister (Novo Global Mission) raised in Southern California. She affectionately describes herself as God's "Handbook Maiden" — by nature a "how-to" person who believes discipleship thrives when it is clear, relevant, and immediately applied.
For over two decades Karen has walked with people through the deepest transitions of their lives — spiritual, relational, vocational, and personal. She is a master discipleship trainer, author, educator, coach, and certified peacemaker — equipping believers to become what she calls "Spiritually Skillful."

True discipleship is more than Sunday school or weekly Bible study. It involves mentoring, spiritual parenting, specialized training, and a process uniquely designed to help the believer become what they were divinely meant to be — in God's purpose, presence, and power.
Karen specializes in seven core areas of discipleship, delivered through online courses, small groups, one-on-one coaching, and her library of curriculum resources.

The Sum of My Call is more than a book — it is Karen's signature annual training experience. Each year, participants journey through a guided, Spirit-led process of purpose discovery designed to help every believer answer the question: "What has God truly called me to?"
Drawing from Karen's decades of discipleship coaching and her M.A. in Peacemaking & Conflict Studies, this training moves participants beyond spiritual confusion and into clarity — uncovering the unique intersection of their gifts, calling, and God's assignment for their lives.
